3:1 is an alliance to empower and uplift marginalized leaders and inner-city churches. We envision a world where inner-city churches, led by leaders who understand the struggles and strengths of their communities, will take the lead in serving these 'forsaken' communities. These churches, in partnership with and supported by a network of diverse churches from more sustainable parts of the city, will not only provide spiritual family but also act as hubs of holistic ministry, addressing the unique needs of the poor and marginalized in their community.

Not every church is sustainable before it is fruitful.
A 3 side church or organization is a resource rich community that also has a heart to intentionally partner with inner city leaders and churches but do not want to make money the broker of their relationship nor build metrics and wrestle with contextualization for what that community may face.
1 SIDE CHURCH
A 1 side church or organization focuses on planting or revitalization in inner cities and desiring training, resources, and support.
